I was extremely pleased with everything about our sales agent, Kevin Bolten. He was very knowledgeable, answered every question we had, took his time with us, he didn't pressure us in any way, he was very polite and understanding. I can't say enough about this great experience. Usually I never go to a dealership because of past experiences, this time was completley different. My experience with Kevin has changed my thoughts about dealerships. I loved the professionalism shown at Walter's, and it seems the main objective there is make sure the customer is happy, that's what customers like to hear. If I am ever lucky enough to purchase another Mercedes, I will look Kevin up!!
