Appalling:
I've been in this store recently to get my phone charged a few times, as I couldn't find my charger. Today I went in and the woman at the service counter told me they didn't have the charger for my phone, without turning around to the chargers in the drawer.
I said that they did, so she spent literally ten seconds looking, and said they didn't. I said I'd been in just last week, and she said sometimes the chargers get thrown out.
I asked for someone else, and guess what: that person found it.
I then asked the girl at the door how to complain, and she wanted me to call Verizon customer support, like that would make any difference. I said, "So no matter what happens in the store, there's no one else to talk to?" She then identified the manager, who "would be free in a couple minutes."
The manager then disappeared into the back and was gone so long I left.
I wouldn't buy my phone at this place at all.
