I recently ordered funeral flowers from Daves Floral at the suggestion of the Friedrich Jones funeral home. I was very disappointed--poor design and very expensive for what was received. I am used to Lincoln Park/Gold Coast floral prices, so I would expect a florist in Naperville to be no more expensive, even if their design was inferior. When I called to talk to the owner, the person on the other end of the line would not switch me to the owner. After a protracted conversation, she finally admitted she was the owner and there was nothing she could do for me. I would never use this florist again!
