I have been awake listening to rats gnawing in my house at night-lights and TV blaring. I emailed redi national and within an hour (this was on a Sunday) I received a phone call. The next day the inspector,Julia, came and did a thorough evaluation. Julia was so professional and supportive. She wrote up a proposal that I could afford and made a phone call. Within the hour a technician, John Houston, appeared. He went to work outside in the dark , on a ladder, screening the vulnerable entry points for rats and setting up bait traps throughout the perimeter of the house. Then he built a door to seal off the crawl space. John worked well into the evening settiing the necessary traps inside. That was Monday-this is Wednesday. Last night I slept without lights and TV=peacefully. Professional, friendly, skilled are adjectives that come to mind. Thank you Redi National. Wendy
