I'm super offended by the negative feedback on these review sites as I have had nothing but good experiences! Angela Federico is by far the most innovative colorist I have run into in the industry- no one else has touched my hair since 2004! She's amazing! I could talk all day about her talent, her positive attitude, or her need to make sure that each and every customer of hers is completely and utterly satisfied with her services!!! Lisa McDonald is also held in high regard in my book! On several occasions I have had to see Lisa for a blow dry etc, and I have never been disappointed. Her professionalism and talent is also impeccable.
