I love these people! I can walk right in, no appointment necessary. If they are busy, they let me know right away what my estimated wait time will be and no matter how stupid my question is, they never act condescending or peeved that I exist. They are also great listeners and take the time to understand the steps I've gone through in my attempts to fix my problem
