I visited Stars during the week around 1:00PM and found the service to be friendly, honest and a very good experience. I was not looking forward to it because I wanted to be a few sizes thinner than I really am. My tension was released by Hope who was comforting and quite professional. She advised me that a 9-12 week ordering period was necessary which I understand. I could not believe the negative press!
