Good: The staff is helpful, friendly, patient, caring, professional, competent; they go above and beyond! It was easy to make an appointment. The doctor, hygienist, and staff explain EVERYTHING in detail... no surprises! The LATEST technology is used and the office is clean and beautiful. I never feel the injections and everyone makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way. NO WAITING... I am always taken at my appointed time (sometimes even a little early). Everyone REALLY CARES about me & my family. Bad: NOTHING!!!!!. Improvements: They didn't take my dental insurance so I had a little higher out-of-pocket, but it was well worth it when they found a cavity BEFORE it hurt me using their advanced technololgy - the DIAGNOdent.. Other: Technology used here is more advanced than ANYWHERE ELSE IN MONMOUTH COUNTY! The experiences our family has had have been outstanding each visit. We will NEVER go anywhere else..
