Good: Location is nice and there had been a heavy snow the day before so it was very pretty setting. Room was nice a clean. Bad: Price vs service. NOT WORTH IT!. Rooms are nice but nothing special for $250.00 a night. Had to park in upper parking lot that had no lighting at all and it was 4 degrees. Dangerous walk down to office. Then they wanted us to walk back to car to hang a parking pass...are you kidding?
We came to attend the New Years Eve party which was a total disaster. Bad food, expensive drinks, crappy DJ. Very few in attendance. Hotel lost pictures taken.
Would not reccomend Hotel or New Years Eve party to anyone.. Improvements: Treat you customers like you appreciate them being there. For $250 we at least deserve that.
Don't expect customers to walk back out to their car to an unlit upper parking lot when it is 4 degrees outside to hang up a stupid parking pass.
You have a fireplace in the lobby, try lighting it when it is that cold and it is a special evening. Get a clue.
Seriously your New Years Eve party was such a joke and dissapointment. You had more security and employees there then you had attendees.. Other: If you want repeat business you really need to take a look at how you treat your customer for what you are charging. For that price a customer expects more. I felt like I was at a Motel 6 instead a supposedly classy mountain resort..
