I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your employees for the ""superior service"" provided on my wife's SUV. As you might imagine, having a rock crack a new vehicle's windshield 3 weeks off the dealer lot was a great example of Murphy's Law. Superior Service at ""Mister Gladd"" is clearly no accident. Starting with your receptionist to the glass installer, it is apparent that excellence is an embedded part of your company's culture.
