Original product came in damaged. Replacement was sent and it was damaged once again. No one bothers to check the merchandise prior to delivering it to a customer. Customer Service in Delivery Dept. misinforms a customer and gives false promises. They don't accomodate a customer when they're asked for an a.m. delivery.They give a 3 hour time window for delivery and communication with the Delivery department leaves a lot to be desired. They tell a customer arrangements are made and then it's revealed that no arrangements were made whatsoever. Very disappointed and would never do business with Raymour & Flanigan again. more
