Bad: They let me disrobe and then sit for over one and a half hours knowing that they were running behind.. Improvements: If you are backed up for 2 hours, call, text or email the patients scheduled, letting them come later. Other: I find it unacceptable that they don't even think of the value of patient's time, but let them sit around for hours..
