I'm writing these e-mail to let you know that I can't thank you enough for the great customer service you have provided to us. Some sales people are nice and look happy only at the point of sale, but if you have any problems later, they don't want to hear from you anymore. Since our first visit, we were very pleased with your outstanding and friendly customer service. I have to tell you that being minorities we felt somewhat uncomfortable walking into a BMW dealer, specially there at Beverly Hills. But you really made us feel comfortable and we felt we were at the right place dealing with the right sales person. We were there to see Neda because I had exchanged a few e-mails with her and I had read that she was the number one sales person, but we're very glad that you were the one that ended up helping us.
