The apartments are fairly nice inside and especially outside, but I have noticed that some buildings are nicer inside than others.
There is a gym and two pools that are free for residents to use and they are all nice. Also the bus to and from UVU goes directly to the apartment complex every 15 minutes making trips to school really easy.
