Dino was very knowledgeable about Volkswagen's, he answered every on of my questions. Explained all the safety feature on the Passat. He took great care of my wife and I even and was so patient with us even when we changed our minds twice. You are very fortunate to have someone like him at your dealership. And if I am pleased with the Passat I will be back in the future for another Volkswagen hopefully the CC.
