I stayed at this hotel almost every 2 weeks for the last 7 months. Every Sunday evening I checked in, Kelly was on duty. Her customer service was outstanding. She remembered me and would produce a room and a key for me with amazing sped and accuracy. She is the reason I returned to this hotel on each trip. I'd appreciate her pleasant manner in every transaction and the fact she always remembered me.
