I scheduled the appt. online and, apparently, even though it still says Wayne Meadows is my rep, Wayne was no longer working there. I had my confirmation printout with me and Peter made sure I was well taken care of, even though it seemed that my online scheduling was unexpected. I also felt that Peter made every effort to listen to my concerns and work within what I could afford yet was still making sure I knew what work was needed. He was incredibly helpful. I feel very fortunate to have had Peter's assistance throughout the process. Everyone else who assisted was very helpful, polite and made every effort to accommodate my concerns and answer all my questions. It was a very positive experience and I am very grateful for the pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
