Rating depends on room!
Hotel is in a convenient location, an easy 8 minute drive from Burlington Airport. It's also located near downtown (4 minutes from Magnolia restaurant). There is a Hannaford grocery store across the street which was very handy and well stocked. Large Barnes & Noble as well as EMS store next to hotel (and a few caches).
The price of this hotel is one of the less expensive ones that i found. We paid $100 a night in August for a standard room. No micro, no fridge, no coffee maker (these would have been nice to have). We had a table with 2 chairs, and a desk. The TV is nice with plenty of channels.
The outside, hallways and rooms are clean and comfortable. The sheets, towels and amenities are comparable to a Motel 6 (which i don't mind for the price).
The room we were assigned was 222, two beds. The beds in this room were not good, and one mattress was very saggy in the middle and the bed squeaked loudly with every move. That night, around 10PM, we could hear voices from the room next door pretty clearly. They weren't shouting, the walls were just thin. We awoke at 3:30AM hearing the voices that night. For most of the evening we also heard thumping from the hallway, stairs, and rooms above. We had the windows open but closed them and turned the fan, and some soft music, on to try and drown out the thumps and voices to no avail. Sleepless night. The shower curtain in this room was paper thin and blew like a hurricane came through so that you had to either throw it outside of the tub (which soaked the floor), or line up all your bottles on the tub ledge to weigh down the curtain.
The next AM we discussed finding a new hotel. Instead we told the front desk of our issues, and showed them a video of the blowing shower curtain. She was very nice and offered to move us up to the 3rd (top) floor, on the very end.
