Owning my own business, I appreciate quality and honest service. Paul H. did excellent work and, as important in my mind, was completely professional and honest in dealing with our problem. He explained in detail what could be done and what should be expected and gave us the option to make an informed decision. He completed his work in a timely fashion and helped alleviate the fears we had about dealing with a blocked sewer main (that had flooded our basement). The problem is fixed now and I am more than satisfied. I will be calling Roto-Rooter for my regular service from now on.
