The only pediatrician our children had ever known, we noticed a big change when Dr. Khanna moved into her new upscale office & practice. Our final visit was: 15 minutes in the waiting room then 40 minutes waiting in the exam room (torture for a small child), only 6 minutes of very impersonal time with Dr. Khanna. Her manner has become very abrupt: when I went to ask a question, she literally had her hand on the door to leave. Post Script: The kids LOVE their new doctor. When Dr. Khanna’s office called to ask why we were no longer patients, I responded candidly. The assistant cut in, “That’s fine but there’s a charge to release your children’s records.” Um, yeah...
