I stayed here for spring break with my best friend. We didn't come here with high expectations, since it was the cheapest hotel on the beach in the Miami Beach area. We made our reservations on-line through their website for around $80 per night for a standard room.
We ended up arriving about 4 hours before check-in, they said our room wasn't ready yet and to check back in 2 hours. We came back in about an hour and a half after we saw other people starting to check in. As my friend was checking us in and I was standing with the luggage, their computers went down. The front desk clerk was very apologetic as we were understanding, things like that happen. Other people in line were complaining, and because we were so nice, we were upgraded to an ocean view balcony room at no charge.
