Icon salon is a great plan to go but the reason why I stopped going there was because I had to wait SO long. If my appointment was at 4:30, I wouldn't start being seen until after 5...then I would get out of there between 7 and 8. I don't think the hair dressers should be working with 3 or 4 clients at one time, I want my own attention and not someone who is rushing around in the middle of my cut to start cutting someone else's hair. I paid lots of money for good service, not to just sit there and wait....
