Good: They are upfront and honest about why they are not going to take your stuff.. Bad: It isn't my type of store for shopping for clothes.. Other: I brought 31 pairs of shoes to exchange but they only took 2 pairs. They explained why and it was completely satisfactory to me. I was glad they took two. Even if they like something, if they already have 10 pairs of black stilletos in the store they will not take yours and they will take current seasonal things. They told me to bring back my fall/winter stuff later in the year to exchange some things. I liked the honesty and I was happy with the money I received..
