This lawyer was recommended by another attorney that we trust, and it was a huge mistake. First he said he needed a retainer to get started, then wanted to be paid in full before he would file our bankruptcy. Once paid, he has done NOTHING. When we do manage to reach him, he has one excuse after another...from "getting behind in his work" to "my computer is acting up" to the latest..."a kidney stone." He has failed 4 times to call on the days he said he would and has been avoiding us since getting paid. Don't let his lower rates lure you. He will take your money and run. We are going to have to report him for services not rendered. He seemed to know what he was doing at first, but once he's got your money, he's useless. HORRIBLE experience with this guy. He has been siting on our money and documents for over a month now.
