Once again, like the person in Lewisville commented, no receipt and no exchange. I tried to return a defective patio umbrella, which was obviously their merchandise and neither the store, nor corporate would budge on the no receipt policy. This was a three month old GIFT. They could learn a lot about customer service from Kohl's or Walmart. I will NEVER darken their door again and you know what they can do with that umbrella. They have their policy and I have mine. I don't do business with companies with that policy and beware, most of what they sell is cheap garbage. more
