We drove in from out of the area on a Saturday to look at a specific car, having worked with Joe by phone beforehand. Though they were not willing to move on the price a whole lot, their assertion that they were close to cost made sense given the market and the car's time in inventory. We paid a fair price, and the condition of the car was very, very good and accurately described. Joe was a peach to deal with: professional, direct, accurately read our needs and "level of involvement required." We had the whole deal (from setting foot on the lot to leaving) done in under 2.5 hours. Next time we shop, despite the fact that we're 1.5 hours away, we'll check here.
