I've been surprised to see the benefit of setting goals in my dancing and then the pride that comes from achieving them. My instructors and the executive team work with me to do this and it has made me more focused on what I plan to do each year. Weight loss and weight management have been other benefits I've experienced. Along with a proper diet, dancing has helped me achieve the goal of losing twenty pounds and keeping it off!
I'm glad I fulfilled this promise to myself because my Arthur Murray journey has been a successful one and I hope to continue it for many more years!
