Good: I liked nothing about Vogue Nail.. Bad: I was treated very rudely and left feeling embarrassed and angry. My simple personal request (to have my nails roughed up with an emory board instead of the rotary tool) was met with a refusal to perform the service which I had scheduled, with no explanation as to why my request could not be met, or even an apology.. Improvements: The place needs to be staffed with courteous employees who are willing to listen and converse with their customers. If they cannot perform a service that is requested by a customer, the least they could do would be to explain why!.
