My BB 9550 had a horribly smashed digitizer lens (actually dropped from a roof onto concrete). The carriage was bent imperceivably and the first replacement broke from the stress when installed. They went and got another digitizer, straightened the carriage and sucessfully installed it. They even cleaned up some of the casing damage all for the original quoted price of just replacing the lens. Customer service was excellent and kept me up to speed on the progress throughout the repair.
