I did not experience any of the problems mentioned in the other reviews. I called ahead, got the answer I was looking for, went in, and got the service that I wanted with no hassle or wasted time. The salesman that was very helpful was Joey Swade. He was great. He helped me pick out a great gift for my son's birthday. My son love's his new laptop. Thanks again Joey.?
