I recently visited the nob hill location for the first time. When I first walked in, there was no one to greet me. It made me wonder if they were still open. Two minutes later an employe strolls out of the back and right away was very rude, like she didn't want to be there or that she had somthing better to do. She told me my stylist would be right with me and quickly disapered into the back again. When I finaly sat in the chair I had a wonderful experiance. I would be willing to return if only the front end experiance was the same as when I was in that chair. Sadly I can't say I'll be returning cause the rose in front had some bad thorns!
