IF you only tried it once why did you not complain to mgmt or go back and try again and then refuse to pay for lousy service. there is a way to do it nice & quietly they will get the point. This has happen to us it wasn't the restaurant it was the waiter/waitress we asked for mgt to look into it and not once have we had this problem again.
