Good: The Carrier unit works fine. Bad: The tin covers on the ouside over the cables were unsighty and not sealed.Squirrels used them as entrance to my attic where they chewed my wiring. I paid to have the cables rerouted through the walls where they had been previously and the holes patched at my own expense.
They began removing the wrong air conditioning unit. Took the cover off my electrical box and lost three of the six screws. Outside wiring to unit left exposed. I found the cover and screws a month later in the dirt.. Improvements: Live up to the billboard advertising!. Other: Would not recommend this company. Left a mess wherever they went and didn't complete the job..
