If I could rate it a zero, this particular World of Rugs store would get a zero from me. I went into the Peoria store in June 2010 and the one male employee working there did not even acknowledge me. When I asked him a question he was so rude with the answer that I decided to leave. When I told him that I really had intended to purchase a rug that day, he said, "Yeah, I bet you were!!" If this is the kind of customer service you get in the store before a purchase, beware of the the service you will get after the sale. I refuse to pay for mistreatment. This store should be shut down!!
