Good: very good cust service, knowledge of the video system we bought, good looking displays in their store and excellent installation.. on time DELIVERY OF OUR VAN to our house wow wow wow!!!!. Bad: nothing at all really. Improvements: cant think of a thing sorry. Other: very polite people to deal with both over the phone and most of all in person can't wait to buy again @ osprey.
