1 suit and 3 dresses, nothing was done right. They pressed a crease into the suit jacket next to the collar. Two of the dresses had stitched in pleats, they ironed the pleats out of one instead of re-pressing where there is clearly a line that should be followed and on the other I am not even sure what they did - it looks like they pressed it in two sections and decided on two different pleat locations - neither of which followed the seams. These are very nice high quality work clothes and not at all complicated. Any cleaner should know what to do with these pieces. On top of that, it was overly expensive and when we told them there was a problem they offered to do nothing about it - no money back, no explaining, nothing.
