Town Fair Tire in Auburn was asked to put on 4 new tires, do an alignment, and so on. I made an appt. for 1 pm on Saturday, and dropped my car off at 11:30 am. I asked them to lock the keys in the car, and I would pick it up later that evening as I was not sure to be back before their closing at 4 pm. I was told they would call at 1:30 pm when the car would be done, to see if I still wanted it locked up. They called me at 4:03pm, after they had closed. I was unable to take the call right then, so I called back within 10 -15 minutes...no answer. I arrived at the store to find no one there, and my car locked in the garage! It is now Saturday evening, I have no car, and will not apparently have a car until Monday, because they are not open on Sunday. My wife needs that car for work, and TFT has essentially stolen it. They could not follow the simplest of instructions, nor could they follow through with what they had promised. What a dissappointment. I will never go back again.
