I went in for a check on a particular tooth that I thought might need fixing. Even though they were "running behind", I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor was friendly and made sure to give me the details of my condition without requiring any verbal prompting. I was charged $30 for a "partial exam", which I think is a good price.
The new patient form does have some strange questions that don't seem relevant to dental care.
