Gruffs is great for $1 beer and appitizers along the Rainbow River. It wants to be more but isn't. The food is otherwise mediocre. My Prime Rib was half fat, my companions shrimp were rubbery and his wife's Scallops Rockefeller was just a bad idea that never should have been on a menu. There is very limited seating inside (w/ air conditioning), the porch is screened and has small fans while the deck is open air. There is nothing wrong with that, just plan to dress comfortably as it may be very warm and muggy.
