I go here here about 3-4 times a week & I can say for the most part they are good at what they do, however they have been slipping up a TON now. The workers do not pay attention, the cooks almost always get my orders wrong & the food really isn't as good as it used to be.
Just Today for instance:
Went thru the drive thru & ordered No Tomatos on my burger due to having allergies. Got up to the window & she didn't mention the No Tomatos...so I mentioned it her again. She went, checked with the cooks & came back gave me my order/drink & said that there is no tomatos on it & she checked.
There was tomatos on it & I totally bit into it & totally ate it. My drink was also so full that the overflow went all over my carpeting & centerconsole. I wish the workers would care...but they are too busy goofing off.
I am sad to say I won't go here anymore after all the bad stuff in the past combined with today's inccident. They will be losing a very good customer....
