When I take my 525 in for scheduled maintenance, I've never had to wait very long for someone to help me. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Whether it's making you comfortable while you wait (sipping your choice of beverage while watching a flatscreen tv) or getting you into a loaner or rental car, they go out of their way to make it smooth as possible. If you bring it in for service for one thing, say oil, and your getting close to another service interval, say brakes; they will go ahead and do both so you don't have to come back twice.
