I have a Frigidaire remote control AC unit with a 5 yr in home warranty. Living in Hingham I kept trying closer shops. After two years of telephone tag I finally called Apollo. Wish I had done so first thing. Appointment was set up right away and they showed up on time. The unit was non-repairable by Frigidaire definitions. Apollo contacted Frigidaire and called me back the next day to tell me arrangements were underway to get me a replacement unit. I’m almost in a state of shock over how easy this was with Apollo. Fantastic.
