Had a GREAT experience with this company. Jack's is one company that isn't outsourcing it to some country on the other side of the planet. You can call 24 hours a day and get a live voice, a live AMERICAN voice. I had a problem with my picture window - a kid in our neighborhood threw a rock at it and it cracked - and they came out, free of charge, and replaced it. They even replaced the screens after the recent storm that we had. I've had them for almost a year now, and I do not regret my decision. I am already saving a lot of money on my heating/cooling. My old windows had big gaps in them. I think that the news windows will be paid off from energy savings and the tax credit in the next couple of years, and I can actually set my thermostat at 70 degrees!!! James B.
