The owner Paul came over to my house and took measurements for replacement windows. He said he would give me the estimates with in 2 days. 2 weeks later I sent an email and advised them that I was still waiting for my estimate. They advised they would have Paul call me. 3 days later no call so I called them. I was told they are waiting for Andersen to come back with prices. A week after this I still hear nothing so I email them several times with no response. If they perform their repair/remodels anything like they treat their potential customers, I would shop around before using Landmark Exteriors for ANY PROJECT!!!?
