I have been looking at seriously buying a car for about the last 6 months, I did my research and finally decided that the VW CC was the best choice for me. I have had very poor experiences in the past buying cars. it always seems to take forever trying to negotiate a price and I really hate all the games that are played at other dealerships. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how different things were at Schmelz Countryside VW! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The sales team was very informative and happily answered any questions I had. they also made it a very enjoyable no pressure buying experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at buying a car! they have a great selection of new and used cars and I found exactly the car I was looking for! I don't know what all these negative comments are from, maybe things were different before but they are absolutely wonderful now! I love my new car and feel like I could be a VW owner for life with how happy I have been with everything! Just AWESOME!! :)
