I was not happy with the how the color turned out. It was two tone. Looks like I have out growth 11 days after I had it colored. I went it to talk with Tobie, (the owner), she wasn't in, she was out running errands. A gentleman at the front desk called her told her of my complaint and problem, she told him, she would call me when she got back in later that day.I have yet to receive a phone call from Tobie 2 1/2 wks later. I have yet to have them rectify the problem,almost a month later.since This wasn't the first time I had seen this stylist, I have been seeing her for several yrs. I am very disappointed in lack of care, concern and customer service.especially from the stylist her self, but from Tobie the (owner, manager) as well. Not a good way to keep clients happy and your buisness open and succcessful. I am loking for a new salon and stylist.
