We had engaged the store & owner to set up & maintain a salt water fish tank in the Fall of 2009. The owner made plenty of promises & charged us over $1,000 for services that have still not been completed. We had placed over 15 phone calls into the business with zero returned calls. When we went into the store to confront he owner he was rude & said "I am focused on opening up a deli right now"
We still are owed several hundred dollard in products & services & have little hope of getting it refunded.
There are plenty of Fish / Pet stores in this area & I would suggest visting them instead of this store
