The Blind factory in Coralville is terrible when it comes to customer service. They don't respond to your telephone calls. When you can finally get them to come to your house for a service call, they can't fix your blinds and say they need to take them to their shop. Then they never return. Weeks later you call them to see if your blinds are fixed, they again don't return your calls. We've gone weeks and we still have not herd from them. We don't know if we are ever going to get our blinds back, wether they even get fixed or not. It's like they came in our house, stole our blinds, and now they won't give them back. Be very careful if you purchase from this company and you need further assistance in the future. There has to be other companies to do business with.
