Wow! Dave doesn't believe federal law applies to his restaurant. He recently refused to seat a blind man with his Guide Dog, and then acquiesced by telling him he could sit "over there in a corner". Refusing service or segregating - either way, it's a federal law broken. Boorish behavior, ignorance of the law - don't care how good the food might be, the atmosphere is seriously tainted!
