Good: Gotter was very professional. The owner is a respectful young man, very polite. He explained what I needed in detail, installed my Air Conditioner first and later installed my new furnace. It is just as efficient as he told me it would be. I have never had any trouble with it and I would definitely recommend Gotter Heating & Cooling. His prices are fair and he does a good job..
